Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

Floridian Signs & Plastics makes signs in our Jupiter, FL shop. You can pick up your order, have it shipped anywhere in the United States, or have us deliver and install it within 50 miles of Jupiter.

Production time

Production starts after you approve your free proof (and, for quoted jobs, after the invoice is paid).

  • Most orders: 2 to 5 business days after proof approval.
  • Some items, such as dimensional letters, ADA signs and larger custom jobs: 2 to 4 weeks after proof approval.

The product page or your quote shows the expected time for your order. Times are estimates, not guarantees. If you have a deadline, tell us when you order and we'll let you know if we can meet it.

Local pickup

Choose local pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Pick up at 218 Jupiter St., Jupiter, FL 33458, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order. For quoted jobs, shipping is included in your quote. We email tracking information when your order ships.

Large items

Very large signs, such as full 96"W x 48"H panels, are too big for parcel carriers. These are local pickup only, unless we arrange local delivery with you.

Local delivery and installation

We deliver and install within 50 miles of Jupiter. Delivery and installation are quoted per job. We facilitate permit acquisition, build and install.

Delays

Once an order leaves our shop, delivery times depend on the carrier. We aren't responsible for carrier delays, weather or other events outside our control, but we'll help you track down a late package.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the product, and keep the packaging. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we'll open a claim with the carrier. See our refund policy for details.
