Buying a full sheet?
Full sheets are a walk-in item, not an online one — they are too large and too easy to damage in transit to ship well. Come by 218 Jupiter Street or call (561) 747-2377 and we will pull what you need off the rack. Online orders are cut to size.
Parts we make all the time
Most of this work starts the same way — somebody brings in a cracked, yellowed or rotten part and we make a new one that fits. If the original is wood, we will usually rebuild it in starboard so you never do it again.
Center console windshields
New acrylic windshields cut and bent to match your console. Bring the boat or the old glass.
Livewell & hatch covers
Starboard replacements for covers that have gone soft, cracked or disappeared entirely.
Seat supports & deck parts
Wood rots. Starboard does not. We copy the old part and cut it in marine grade sheet.
Switch panels
Engraved panels with legends that stay readable. Cut to your opening, drilled for your switches.
Boat dashes
CNC-cut dash panels with gauge and switch cutouts machined to your layout.
Backing plates & trim
Mounting plates, filler panels and trim pieces in the thickness and color you need.

Show us the part
Drop off the old one, or email photos with measurements to info@floridiansigns.com. A phone photo with a tape measure in it is usually enough.
We template it
We trace or measure the original and confirm material, thickness and color with you before cutting.
We cut it
CNC routed on a 4 by 8 foot table, so big parts are no problem and repeat parts come out identical.
Pickup or ship
Collect it in Jupiter, or we crate and ship it anywhere in the country. Fitting and templating are local only.
