Dimensional Letters & Logos

How these are priced
- Per letter, by height. A 6" capital costs the same whatever the letter. Lowercase letters are 90% of the listed price.
- Mounting is included — stud, pad or combination mount, plus a full-size installation pattern.
- Any color, no charge. Give us a PMS, Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams reference and we match it.
- Standard fonts cost less than custom fonts. Send us your artwork and we quote the right column.
- Logos are priced by overall size; multi-piece logos are quoted individually.
The prices below are the smallest standard letter in each family, so you can see where each one starts. Send us the word, the height and the finish and we come back with a firm number.
What we make
Flat Cut Metal
Solid metal plate cut to your letterforms and finished. The most versatile of the metal families — six metals, six thicknesses, and finishes from brushed to polished to oxidized.

Cast Metal
Hand-poured aluminum or lead-free bronze with real depth — up to 3" — and a choice of flat, round or prismatic face. The traditional choice for institutions and anything meant to look permanent.

Fabricated Metal
Hollow letters formed from sheet stainless or aluminum with welded returns. Light enough to mount on almost anything, deep enough to read from across a parking lot, and the base for most illuminated work.

Flat Cut Acrylic
Cut acrylic in 48 standard colors, painted or left in the sheet color. The workhorse for interior reception and office signage; also the base for raised UV printing and full-color graphics.

Flat Cut PVC
Cut expanded PVC, the economical interior option in six thicknesses up to 1-1/2". Takes paint and print well.

Vacuum-Formed Plastic
Vacuum-formed letters with a sculpted face, light enough for large exterior signs without heavy fixings. Seven standard fonts and eleven pigmented colors, or any color by paint match.

- Height: 4" to 65"+, larger in multiple pieces
- Face profiles: flat, round, prismatic, custom sculpted

Metal-Faced Acrylic
A thin real-metal face laminated onto an acrylic body — the look of solid metal at a fraction of the weight and cost. Interior.

Metal Leaf on Acrylic
A micron-thin metal foil on acrylic, for a bright metallic finish on small interior lettering. Height from 3/4".

Injection Molded
Molded plastic letters in three fonts and 48 colors. The most economical dimensional letter for exterior use.
