When one street sign gets knocked down, nobody wants to re-measure, re-design and re-approve it. With our reorder program we keep your community's sign record on file, so replacing one sign, or fifty, is a short email.
What we keep on file for your community
- Every street name and blade layout: font, colors, size and sides.
- The post style, base, finial and finish (satin black or your color).
- Stop, yield, speed limit and other regulatory signs, with their frames.
- Entrance, amenity, pool and tow-away signs.
- Where each sign is and how it is mounted.
How to reorder
Email info@floridiansigns.com with your community name and what needs replacing, for example "Banyan Ct blade, one side faded" or "stop sign at Seagrape Ln, post bent". A photo helps. We reply with a quote and lead time, and the new sign matches the rest of the community.
How to join
- Send us photos and a list of your signs, or
- Ask for a walk-through. Within 50 miles of Jupiter we survey the community and build the record for you.
The sign record is useful on its own too. It gives your board and management company a complete list for reserve studies and budgeting, and makes switching managers painless.
